​ It helps to build a mutual rapport between Buyer and Agent.  It aids in establishing a clear game plan towards Home Ownership for the Buyers benefit making it a more enjoyable experience.  Additionally it saves both time and money.​

Discussion of Preapprovals/Pre Qualifications from Lending Institutions, Mutual Expectations, Buyers Home Purchasing Goals, (Buyer’s Needs, Wants, and Must Have’s) and to go over any required disclosures.  We also go over the agent and broker’s firm qualifications, and the manner in which we conduct business thru our Buyer Services Guarantee.  Several hand outs and helpful information will be given at this time.
